I learned to always take on things I'd never done before. Growth and comfort do not coexist.

Executive Chairwoman, IBM
When leaders move into new roles, the chances for lost
opportunity costs, damaged relationships and stalls on key initiatives are great. In fact, most leaders agree
that transitioning into new roles produced some of the
greatest challenges of their careers.
Our executive integration program helps leaders:
-
Prepare to transition into their new roles
-
Accelerate their learning
-
Make key assessments
-
Build relationships with key stakeholders, and
-
Achieve early wins
HOW WE DO IT
Our coaches use the process below to produce measurable results.
Prepare
The coach meets with the leader to determine his or her personal transition risks and opportunities and identify specific strategies that will support success.
Plan
A 90-day action plan is developed that includes key milestones to be achieved along the way.
Align
We meet with the leader and his manager to get additional input and agreement on the action plan.
Coach
The coach and leader meet in person and/or virtually during scheduled sessions, and on-demand as needed. A variety of tools and resources are used to support the leader’s successful integration.
Check Progress
Periodic feedback from key stakeholders is used to monitor progress and adjustments are made, as needed.
