Discover, Scope & Assess
We meet with the team’s leader and individual team members to understand the context in which they work, learn how the team operates (interpersonal and team dynamics, team processes, team roles, etc.), the impact of that, and the outcomes(s) they would like to achieve. We review existing documents related to strategy and execution, organizational structure, the team's charter, etc. Team members may also be asked to complete a relevant assessment.
Design
Using our learning from the phase above, we collaborate with the team to design an approach that is integrated into their ongoing work.
Facilitate, Coach & Measure
We implement the agreed upon approach during team meetings, where we facilitate and/or co-facilitate, coach the team to notice the effectiveness of their interactions and processes, make adjustments in real-time, and measure their progress toward stated outcomes. Over time, this approach closes the gap between where they are and where they want to be.
